Share PowerPoint as a PDF
PowerPoint files can be easily shared with your ClassPoint audience via QR code. Any ClassPoint features, like annotations, inserted whiteboard slides and result slides will be in the PDF.
To share as a PDF:
- Click the
Share PDF icon on the Inknoe ClassPoint tab
- A QR code will be generated and a PDF file will be pushed out to participants joined in your ClassPoint class
- Participants can open, view, and save the file
- For anyone not joined, they can scan the QR code with their camera to open, view, and save the PDF file
If needed, presenters can copy the link below the QR code and share it with your audience.
- This link will only be accessible for the next 5 minutes.
- This type of sharing is only recommended if you are in a virtual setting and share with your audience via chat.
